I ran into two riders yesterday doing sections of the PCT. They are part of a group riding the trail this year in support of veterans.
UPDATE: 5/19/23 I now have more info on the group sponsoring these riders. They are part of the Sky Soldiers Ride to Recovery 2023. More info about the group and ways to contribute is available on their Facebook page and the flyer below.
PCT 145 Trail Angel Mary 
I met a lady at the entrance of Mikes Place yesterday morning looking for a cell phone signal to contact horseback riders. Perhaps same group. I’d like to know more about the group In support of the vets.
I have a small place just past Mikes.

I was contacted a few days ago via email by someone in the support team. I’ve asked them for more info about the ride. I’ll post it here once I receive it.
